For the Oneiric Ocelot, the Ubuntu development team will focus their efforts on improving Unity. Both the 2D and the OpenGL versions of Unity will be available in Ubuntu 11.10.
Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot) will be the 15th release of the Ubuntu operating system. Until then, we have another version that should catch our attention and invade our computers, Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal), which will be released on April 28th, 2011.
Until the first Alpha version of Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot) will be made available for testing, on June 2nd, we will have the first Ubuntu Developer Summit (UDS) event for 2011, between May 9th and 13th. The event will take place in Budapest, Hungary.
